(1) Loan Assistant in Lamar, Mo
Job Description-Responsible for processing documentation for the bank’s TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) loans, consumer non real estate loans, and commercial real estate and non-real estate loans. Reviews the integrity of documents used in closing the loan and ensures the documentation process results in legally binding documents which are in compliance with federal regulations and bank policies and procedures.
 
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Intermediate computer and typing skills to meet production needs of the position.
  • Knowledge of loan collateral requirements and knowledge of TRID consumer regulations.
  • Meet the requirements to be a Notary in the State of Missouri.

(4) Customer Service Representative in Lockwood, MO

We are excited to announce we have four career opportunities at our new Lockwood Branch!

The Customer Service Representative delivers excellent service by assisting customers with a variety of banking needs, including new and existing accounts, account transfers, certificate of deposits, and retirement account setups. They also arrange direct deposits and actively cross-sell financial products and services. This role includes handling cash receipts, deposits, loan payments, and ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient. Representatives are responsible for balancing their cash drawer daily and reporting any discrepancies. Strong knowledge of financial products, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service are key to success in this position. 

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Intermediate computer and typing skills to meet the needs of the position.
  • Experience in cash handling and customer service.
  • Meet the requirements to be a Notary in the State of Missouri.
